YINFOLK YOGA

Filmed across the evocative landscapes of Southern Spain's arid desert and Denmark's verdant meadows, this project is an immersive journey spanning over 7 hours of video footage, original ambient soundtrack, and audio voiceovers.Each frame captures the interconnectedness of space and raw nature, reflecting the transformative philosophy of Yin Yoga.

Filmed within the heart of Damanhur, an international community where spiritual seekers have dug and crafted temples deep down inside the mountains of Piedmont, Italy. It is a mystery school akin to what was built in ancient Egypt, with staggering displays of visual art on every surface.The project intention was to capture the feeling of something invisible and liminal, and rooted by the warmth and generosity of the community.
